About Azad Ayub

Founder and Managing Director of Azad Ayub Ltd, Azad himself has over 40 years of experience in acquiring, developing and managing portfolio assets both within the UK and abroad. After having worked as a senior civil engineer for many years on local and international projects, Azad decided to turn his full attention towards his growing real estate business which after continued success and development was incorporated in 1995.

Having recognized an increasing demand for high quality student housing in London, Azad, through providing good affordable accommodation, reliability of service and ease of communication helped develop a robust business model that catered for local as well as international students studying in the numerous universities of London along with young professionals working in the city.

Guiding the business through its transition into other markets, Azad has since led the company to win numerous accolades and helped provide valuable work experience and mentorship to countless local and international students.

Azad is currently a member of several professional bodies and associations and carries out significant non-executive as well as charitable work on the side. In his spare time, Azad enjoys socializing with friends over a round of golf, supporting Arsenal and the England national team, attending international and domestic cricket matches as well as races at the Ascot Racecourse.
