We rent out flats and houses to students from academic institutions all over London included among these are Imperial College, University College and London Metropolitan University.

Students are able to come to us at the beginning of the calendar year to book accommodation for the start of the academic year in September. We charge no fees to students and the accommodation can be booked by paying a deposit equivalent to one month's rent.

This deposit is refunded after the satisfactory completion of the tenancy. 		In addition we provide accommodation to young professionals who are starting jobs in London and may be looking to buy a property for themselves in a few years time.

Whilst we own the majority of the properties let through us we also offer a management service to landlords. Some of the landlords have been with us since we started our business in 1980.

Recently we have expanded our business in Spain, Pakistan and the USA. We welcome enquiries from potential clients by email or telephone.
